More house buying fun!

After being in such a hurry to sell us a house with a defective plumbing system, the seller is taking his sweet time about getting it repaired. skeleton and I have gone over to the house and looked inside (I know the combination to the lockbox) and so far, the only thing that's been done is somebody looked under the kitchen sink. We could tell that because the cabinet door was open. Perhaps the seller found out that the plumbing leak was bigger and more extensive than he thought and hoped to pawn off on us.......thank the goddess for plumbing inspectors!
